International Technical Assistance to update Framework Documents The International Technical Assistance to update the Governance Manual is in progress from October to early December 2024. The Consultant is one Mr Graham Smith. He is a well experienced person who had worked with CCMSL in earlier occasions too. The consultancy has been awarded by the Global Fund CCM Hub with consensus of the Ethical Committee of CCMSL.
