First meeting of South East Asia Constituency for year 2024 has been held in Jakarta, Indonesia on 7th 8th March 2024 with participation of delegates from member countries namely Bangladesh, Bhutan, DPR Korea, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Timor – Leste.

SEA constituency holds two constituency meetings every year, usually preceding the Global Fund Board Meetings to deliberate constituency updates on progress towards HIV, TB , Malaria programmes and constituency feedbacks to be tabled at the Global Fund board meeting.

Dr Mahendra Arnold, Deputy Director General Public Health Services 1 (Disease Prevention) and Dr Janaki Vidanapathirana, Director/National STD AIDS Control Program participated from Sri Lanka representing the CCM.
