The Oversight Committee Meeting of the Country Coordination Mechanism Sri Lanka (CCMSL) was held on 20th June 2025 from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm at the Conference Room of the Director General of Health Services (DGHS).

The meeting was presided by the DGHS and a detailed evaluation of the present status of programmatic performances as well as utilization of funds allocated for the year 2025 for the three grants from the Global Fund was conducted.

Recommendations and actions to improve the programmatic performances as well as financial progress were suggested.

It was further highlighted that the progress of the Global Fund supported grants are also  being monitored and evaluated by the Minister of  Health and Mass Media and by the  President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka periodically.   

The Oversight Committee recommended and approved the final results of the selection process which included a very transparent election in selecting the Civil Society Organizations as member organizations for the next term of CCMSL.
